Business Analyst

Overview

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges
• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into clear and concise user stories or requirement documents
• Work closely with product managers to define product roadmaps and features
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in creating test cases
• Conduct impact analysis for change requests and participate in solution design
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Lucidchart, or similar

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
