Roles and Responsibilities
Communicate, translate, and simplify business requirements to ensure buy-in from client, design and development team.
Communicate with client, suggest best practices and provide consultancy to create efficient system.
Work closely with sales team to help close projects and design/development team to ensure features are implemented correctly.
Maintaining product documentation.
Work with the Design and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
Discover, organise, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree in IT / Computer Science
Experience with drafting user stories, business proposal, Maintaining Change request logs.
Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
