- Meet INVEST criteria

- Communicate Business Value to the team.
- Manage dependencies.
- Facilitate sessions.
- Understand the domain.
- Write stories / Turn ideas into valuable stories.
- Interface between the team and the Business Department
- Work out the high-level business solution.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience in Customer facing projects
Highly preferred skills:
- Results driven with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on experiences as Business Analyst for small or medium sized organizations
- High degree of independence with collaboration ability (Work as individual contributor and as team player)
- Good customer orientation with focus on providing solutions
- International experience by work and/or study
Good to have Skills:
- German Language Basics
