About The Role:

We're looking for a Product Analyst to turn data into actionable insights, support product strategy, and improve user experience. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, plan data-backed product features and ensure on-time go-live by coordinating with technology and UI/UX teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out research and benchmarking to improve product features and customer journeys incl. identifying opportunities and user pain points
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to validate product hypotheses
• Write clear and concise user stories based on data insights and business requirements
• Collaborate with the tech team to groom stories, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on scope and implementation
• Write test cases to validate product features and ensure alignment with user expectations
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify end-to-end functionality before release
• Proactively uncover frictions in the user journey across discovery, booking vis strong data analysis
• Contribute to product roadmap and strategy with data-backed insights
• Run RCA for drops in performance, build hypotheses and develop recommendations
  
  

You Are An Ideal Fit If:

• 2+ years of experience in a product role
• Be proficient in data analysis across sales funnel and web-analytics and tracking key product metrics
• Have a knack for carrying out market research and benchmarking to plan product features
• Can design and support A/B tests to validate hypotheses and guide product direction
• Possess ability to write concise & comprehensive user stories with an acceptance criteria
• Participate in backlog grooming, write test cases, and contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality releases
• Possess good communication skills
