Job Description
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business teams, developers, and system architects, to gather and analyze requirements for IT systems.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with system capabilities.
- Document and maintain detailed functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
- Assist in designing system workflows, interfaces, and data exchanges to meet business needs.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, ensuring alignment and addressing any gaps.
- Validate implemented solutions through testing and feedback, ensuring they meet documented requirements.
- Continuously refine processes for requirements gathering and documentation to enhance efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT-focused projects.
- Strong understanding of technical IT systems, architectures, and integrations.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation techniques, such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
- Ability to create clear and detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Experiene as Test Engineer in cooperation with Software Developers is welcome
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or other requirements management platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
