Business Analyst
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi, Kerala. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding business needs, analyzing customer interactions, and contributing to process improvements. You will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing excellent service, and translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- Business Analysis: Gather and document business requirements by working closely with internal stakeholders and analyzing customer feedback.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes related to customer service and operations, contributing to more efficient and effective workflows.
- Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing customer interaction data to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on customer service metrics and business analysis findings.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams, including operations, sales, and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience and business operations.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues and business challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business analyst, customer service, or operations role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to solve problems and identify trends.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Proactiveness: Self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using standard office software
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 per month + incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
