We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements & Documentation:Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business needs, ensuring clarity in functional and non-functional requirements.
• Process Optimization & Analysis:Examine existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements for better efficiency and productivity.
• Data Evaluation & Insights:Analyze business data to recognize trends, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Solution Development & Implementation Support:Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to ensure business requirements align with the proposed solutions.
• Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:Act as a primary link between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Technical Documentation & Compliance:Maintain accurate and up-to-date business documentation, including BRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Testing & Quality Assurance:Assist in test planning, define test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify that solutions meet business needs.
• Risk Identification & Mitigation:Proactively identify risks that may impact project success and recommend effective mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, including expertise in business process modeling and requirement gathering.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive business decisions and strategic improvements.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
• Expertise in documentation, including writing BRDs, functional specifications, and process maps.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and Visio.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and business requirements.
