Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying improvement areas, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and project briefs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve processes and systems.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business insights.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support testing, training, and implementation of new processes or systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and requirements analysis.
• Proficient in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
• Certification in Business Analysis is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹144,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
