Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs identifying solutions and ensuring successful implementation. This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs identifying solutions and ensuring successful implementation. This position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to guide the implementation of business solutions.
- Utilize GCP to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet business needs and improve performance.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders addressing any issues or risks that arise.
- Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and best practices for security and data protection.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend improvements as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business analysis activities and deliverables.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve business analysis practices.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions that benefit society.
- Possess a strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using GCP for developing and deploying cloud-based solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
- Show ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable to changing business needs and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
