Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for directly coordinating with clients to understand and gather project requirements and effectively communicating these to the development team. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and guiding a team of developers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly communicate and coordinate with clients to understand business needs and project requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Lead, manage, and support a team of developers to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in project planning, sprint meetings, and assist in resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies early and proactively address them.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong client interaction, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in handling and managing developer teams.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Basic understanding of development frameworks and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
