Business Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with +1 years of experience in business analysis and relevant certifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and supporting project implementation to enhance business efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Create functional and technical documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in designing business solutions by mapping out workflows, processes, and system functionalities.
• Conduct market and industry research to support business decisions.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for implemented business solutions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum +1 years of experience in business analysis.
• Must be willing to work from office, 5 days a week in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
• Bachelor's degree in - Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency and practical knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, or other enterprise software.
• Exposure to cloud-based business solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
