The Lead Product Analyst is a highly specialized and strategic role that supports the delivery of the most technically challenging projects within the IT organization. This role combines the analytical depth of a Business Analyst with the strategic oversight of a Product Owner to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions aligned with business requirements and program objectives.

As part of the IT delivery team, the Lead Product Analyst will:

• Collaborate with Business Owners, Product Managers, System Architects, and development teams to define and prioritize features and stories.
• Establish delivery priorities and timelines in coordination with Business Owners and Program Managers.
• Create, document, and maintain features and user stories based on user requirements, program goals, and target architecture.
• Lead and participate in system design and feature creation sessions.
• Own and manage the product backlog for the application portfolio.
• Analyze existing systems for improvement opportunities and ensure their ongoing relevance.
• Support development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
• Create and maintain automated test cases to support quality assurance.
• Participate in night production deployments when required.
  
  

Domain Focus

The role is accountable for delivering software solutions in Resource Management to support the Service Assurance domain.

Proven experience in system and application design

Background as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.

Strong understanding of Service Assurance,.

Experience with Service Now platform.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Service Assurance processes: Incident and Change Management, Event Correlation, Resource Inventory, Performance Management, and Automation. Familiarity with Wireline and Wireless networks.

Understanding of the SAA pipeline for event collection, enrichment, and transformation.

Proficiency in Scrum Agile and SAFe methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

Experience with Atlassian tools: Jira and Confluence.
