### *Key Responsibilities:*
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
* Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
* Work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and UI/UX designers to ensure accurate implementation.
* Facilitate meetings, workshops, and product demos.
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure mutual understanding across teams.
* Support QA team in test planning, test cases, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
* Conduct market and competitor analysis when required.
* Continuously improve business processes and workflows.
* Maintain and update product documentation.

### *Required Skills & Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office,
* Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
* Ability to work both independently and collaborate
