Job Description
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, translating business needs into functional requirements.
- You will be involved in understanding client goals, analyzing processes, and delivering clear documentation to guide project execution.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech, web development, or software environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and clients
- Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus
Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to gather and understand business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases
- Work closely with project managers and developers to ensure clear project scope and alignment
- Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, and process improvement studies
- Prepare and present project documentation, proposals, wireframes, and timelines
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, BI tools, or SQL as needed
- Participate in client meetings, sprint planning, and testing/validation phases
- Ensure deliverables meet business expectations and client satisfaction
