Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications. This role is key in driving business improvements and ensuring technology solutions meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system interactions.
• Prepare functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, and developers.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Assist in solution design and validate that deliverables meet requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to support recommendations and decisions.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of SQL or data querying.
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or similar is a plus.
• Domain knowledge in [e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Retail].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
