Position: Business Analyst

Location: Baner, Pune

Requisites:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–5 years) in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience with tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Sales, Marketing) to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create user stories, business requirement documents (BRDs), and process flows.
• Support in defining KPIs and building dashboards/reports.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment.
