Business Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business operations and IT systems, with the ability to analyze business needs, define requirements, and support the delivery of efficient, scalable solutions. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Create detailed functional and non-functional requirement specifications
• Develop user stories with defined acceptance criteria in line with Agile best practices
• Maintain traceability matrices and ensure completeness and accuracy
• Facilitate review sessions and obtain stakeholder approvals

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Conduct meetings, workshops, and interviews for requirement elicitation
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly to all stakeholders
• Mediate discussions and resolve conflicts among stakeholder groups
• Present analysis, findings, and solutions to senior management

Documentation & Communication

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
• Create technical documentation as needed for development teams
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and process documentation
• Generate clear, audience-appropriate reports and presentations

Quality Assurance Support

• Collaborate with QA teams to create test plans and test scenarios
• Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards

Project Support

• Assist in project planning, effort estimation, and risk assessment
• Track project progress, highlight risks, and contribute to issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident in facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) or equivalent Agile certification
