Key Skills: Business Analyst, SQL
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
- Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights using SQL queries.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
- Participate in system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
- Support project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring requirements are met on time and within scope.
Skills Required:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Requirement gathering and documentation experience
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Basic knowledge of scripting or other data tools
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
