Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements.
• Analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights using SQL queries.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Participate in system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
• Support project delivery throughout the lifecycle, ensuring requirements are met on time and within scope.

Skills Required:

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domains
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Requirement gathering and documentation experience
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Basic knowledge of scripting or other data tools

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
