Overview

Position : Business Analyst

Location : Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements. This involves conducting interviews, workshops, and other methods to ensure comprehensive understanding.

Examine data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will use this analysis to support the development of strategic initiatives and solutions.

Create and document business process models that illustrate current workflows and future states. This helps in visualizing and optimizing business processes.

Propose and design both technical and process solutions that address business needs and align with organizational objectives. This includes collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure successful implementation.

Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives. Effective communication is crucial to ensure transparency and alignment with business goals.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions to support implementation and future reference.

Assist in testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver the expected outcomes.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. o Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, and other Data Analysis and Visualization tools) are preferable. o Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT, AI/ML, Embedded technologies and their applications is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Knowledge: Familiarity with IoT technologies and their applications is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
