Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and objectives.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement ERP solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system designs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure successful ERP implementation.
• Provide user training and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of ERP systems, identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the ERP industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and system designs.
• Experience in conducting gap analysis and proposing solutions for process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification in relevant ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo) is a plus.
