Business Analyst

We are searching for an experienced and innovative Business Analyst to join our dynamic team under Digital XP hub.

What You Do

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Owner, preferably in digital experience, CMS, or customer engagement platforms.

Hands-on experience with DXP platforms (preferably AEM) and omnichannel delivery (web, mobile).

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and the product development lifecycle

Ability to write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criterias

Familiarity with REST APIs, headless architecture, and analytics tools.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Experience with mobile app delivery (iOS/Android), PWA, or responsive design.

Understanding of personalization, CDPs, and A/B testing.

Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and SEO best practices. 11 Certifications: CSPO, CBAP, SAFe PO/PM.

What We Ask

Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog with Product Manager and business stakeholders ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with business goals.

Partner with Product Manager, business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze requirements

Define and manage detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for web and mobile apps.

Serve as the Product Owner in Agile teams: maintain and prioritize the product backlog, lead sprint planning with required stakeholders, and clarify requirements.

Collaborate with UX designers, developers, QA, and architects to ensure seamless digital experience across channels.

Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint demos, retrospectives, and day-to-day support for dev teams.

Work with Product Manager to align features to product roadmap, business goals, and release plans.

Support test planning, UAT coordination, and sign-off of deliverables.

Track and communicate progress and key decisions to stakeholders using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or equivalent product
