Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Kochi, Kakkanad.

Job Overview:

We are Eloit seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Business Analyst to collaborate closely with our teams. In this role, you will be integral to identifying business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and providing data-driven insights to guide decision-making. By converting business objectives into clear, actionable technical specifications, you will ensure our products and services meet both client requirements and organizational goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements. Translate these into actionable specifications that align with organizational goals.

Business Process Optimization: Evaluate existing business processes and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze and interpret complex business data to generate actionable insights that inform product and business strategies.

Documentation & Reporting: Develop detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, user stories, functional specifications, and workflow diagrams.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and project timelines.

Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring that business requirements are delivered on time and meet the required standards.

Quality Assurance: Contribute to the creation of test plans and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and deliver value to end users

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· 1+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven environment.

· Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools.

· Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, with a strong grasp of iterative development processes.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau, and experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

· Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

· Analytical mindset with a keen ability to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
