Business Analyst

Role Summary:
We are seeking a data-savvy and creatively inclined Business Analyst to lead CoE
reporting and data visualization initiatives. This role combines data management and
storytelling, requiring hands-on expertise in working with Snowflake, creating insightful
dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, or Power BI, and designing
compelling executive presentations and communication creatives. The ideal candidate
has strong analytical capabilities along with a creative mindset to present data in
impactful ways that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of CoE reporting – from data extraction and cleansing to

• Work with data from Snowflake and other sources to prepare clean, accurate datasets

• Build intuitive and visually compelling dashboards and reports using Tableau, Looker

• Create executive-level presentations and communication visuals that translate data

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure

• Administer and optimize the Snowflake environment, including performance tuning and

• Combine data from multiple sources, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and context

• Maintain proper documentation, version control, and governance around data assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or

• 3–4 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
• Proficient in SQL and working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
