Business Analyst

Overview

• Gather and document business requirements from operations, maintenance, and MIS teams.
• Analyze current processes related to site uptime, energy usage, asset tracking, and maintenance.
• Develop process flows, BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), and SOPs.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors for system enhancements (NMS, CMMS, energy management tools).
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business functionalities.
• Analyze data and trends to support operational and strategic decisions.
• Ensure system-generated reports reflect actual field operations accurately.
• Monitor project rollouts, track issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support change management and training for new tools/processes.
• Maintain and update site master data (tower ID, assets, power source).
• Prepare reports on uptime/downtime, energy usage, and maintenance.
• Track asset inventory (DGs, batteries, power plants, etc.).
• Coordinate with field teams and vendors for data collection.
• Monitor preventive/corrective maintenance compliance.
• Analyze trends and highlight operational issues.
• Use Excel, MIS tools, and internal systems for reporting.
• Support audits with accurate records and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
