Overview

Responsibilities

Break down high-level roadmap features into detailed, well-scoped user stories and

acceptance criteria.

Write clear, structured, and detailed business and functional requirements.
Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to align

business needs with technical solutions.

Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation of business

requirements.

Apply Agile principles using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack to manage work and

collaboration.

Requirements

Strong educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or

engineering.

4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology projects.
Experience or background as a software engineer or system architect is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of software systems, APIs, databases, and algorithms - ability to

“speak dev” fluently.

Experience with spec-based development or model-driven approaches is a plus.
Exposure to AI/ML technologies (LLMs, automation, NLP, recommendation systems,

etc.).

Demonstrated aptitude or experience integrating AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems,

automation agents) into the requirements gathering or analysis process.

Excellent documentation skills, including writing user stories, workflows, and

wireframes.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines

with attention to detail.

Strong multicultural, client-facing, and interpersonal communication skills.
Familiarity with modern software development tools and project management platforms

(Jira, Microsoft Project, Planner, Miro, Slack, etc.).

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Bonus: Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot for requirements

analysis, prototyping, or automation.
