Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and developing effective solutions. Daily tasks will include gathering and documenting business requirements, developing business process models, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. The role also involves performing data analysis to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to perform data analysis
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and developing business process models
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
• Experience in identifying and documenting Business Requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant certifications in Business Analysis are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
