About the job:

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

2. Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.

3. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to support solution design and implementation.

4. Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvements.

5. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights.

6. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.

7. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Other Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience as a business analyst in IT, consulting, or related industries (preferable).

- Graduate/postgraduate in business administration, information technology, or related fields (preferable).

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies will be an advantage (preferable).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau).

- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
