Must-Have Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering
- Strong experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories, acceptance criteria
- Strong analytical skills to understand the business goals into features
- Proficiency in creating process flows, low-fidelity wireframes
- Skilled in tools such as Draw.io, or equivalent
- Experience in creating feature level mind maps
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks
- Experience in managing requirements across iterative development cycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams
- Ability to facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
- Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
- Experience supporting change initiatives
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate adoption of new systems or processes by conducting training or feature documentation
- Experience in pre-sales and creating Scope of work is an added advantage
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
- CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis)
- PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
