Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, documentation, identifying process improvements, managing knowledge assets, and support training initiatives to ensure successful adoption of business solutions.

"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and may require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership".

Major Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, including system design documents, workflow diagrams, and technical requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Solution Design Support: Work with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Testing & Validation: Lead and coordinate UAT cycles, develop test cases, track issues and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Change Management: Support change initiatives by preparing impact assessments and helping teams adapt to new processes or systems.
• Reporting & Insights: Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
• Knowledge Base Management: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve internal knowledge bases and documentation repositories. Ensure that business processes, FAQs, SOPs, and system guides are accurate and regularly updated.
• Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs for end-users and stakeholders. Create training materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, and e-learning content.
  
  

Education And Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent)
• 6+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, ServiceNow
  
  

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Hands-on experience with Hyperion or similar financial planning applications is preferred.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Prior experience in user support, UAT coordination, or business system testing.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting cycles, and data validation.
• Familiarity with UAT methodologies, test planning, and issue tracking.
• Experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., Smart View, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT teams, and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in training or user guidance.
• Ability to work across global teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
