Key Responsibilities and skills:

• Bachelor's degree from IIT/NIT colleges.
• Experience of 1-4 years in Analytics or related fields.
• Hands-on experience in working on Python, Excel, MySQL or any other SQL querying language
• Advanced Excel skills to generate visualizations and give insights from data.
• Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and deliver objective results.
• Analyse large datasets to generate insights to optimize credit strategy.
• Visualizing complex data and communicating to a large variety of audiences including senior leadership.
• Ability to co-relate data with Business and generate recommendations
• Ability to build views/visualization to generate insights on the go
• Excellent data analysis skills (investigation, modelling, mapping & gap analysis)
• Strong knowledge of fundamentals, including funnel analytics, customer segmentation, user activity modelling
• Ability to own projects end-to-end: building out timelines, key milestones, provide regular updates to stakeholders and delivery against agreed upon specs
• Ability to innovate to identify & target cohorts to generate higher conversions
