About the role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with Product Owners, Operations, and our in-house Development team. In this role, you’ll analyse processes, document requirements, and help deliver intuitive portal solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience across the group.

What makes you a great fit:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst in an agile software development environment
- Strong systems skills, including Microsoft Office (SQL and Visio desirable)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
- Skilled in producing requirement documentation for development and testing
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
- Adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated with a logical approach to problem-solving
- Enjoys working with people and builds positive relationships
- Communicates openly and consistently, remaining calm and diplomatic in challenging situations
- Confident in gathering facts and statistics to support decisions
- Committed to delivering high standards of work on time and to specification
- Takes initiative to tackle potential problems and stays focused on achieving results
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse requirements and construct workflows and diagrams with business users
- Create functional and technical specifications for development and testing teams
- Document solutions through impact analysis, story cards, and user cases
- Provide detailed work packages for development and delivery
- Define project milestones and support project team formation
- Maintain system protocols and user documentation
- Support training, demonstrations, and testing of releases
- Collaborate with Marketing on the look and feel of requirements
- Act as a source of expertise throughout the software development lifecycle
