Leading this revolution are two young founders, Sahil Ludhani, who has products like Zomato Gold, Zomato Cloud Kitchen and Stanza Living, and Ashutosh Tandon, who led Zomato's expansion across multiple geographies, then went on to build e-commerce on CRED. Together, they're rewriting how India rents, backed by the founders of Blinkit, CRED, Zomato, and Stanza, and built by a team that's been there and done it before.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities
- Work hand-in-hand with the founding team to build India's first home rental pricing model.
- Designing frameworks to evaluate time to rent and rental prices across different geographies.
- Running experiments and A/B tests to validate pricing hypotheses.
- Incorporating market trends, demand patterns, and historical data into pricing logic.
- Building predictive models to estimate leasing timelines, pricing changes and occupancy rates.
- Translating raw data into actionable insights that guide pricing and revenue strategies.
- Combining external market intelligence with internal datasets to sharpen forecasts.
- Creating visualisation reports that make complex trends simple and decision-ready for stakeholders.
- Decode consumer behaviour across our website and mobile platforms to guide bold product decisions and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Tracking and analysing user journeys to identify drop-off points, engagement patterns, and growth levers.
- Conducting cohort and funnel analyses to uncover what drives conversion and retention.
- Translating behavioural insights into product recommendations that enhance user experience.
- Identifying untapped opportunities by combining customer data with market insights.
- Design and own dynamic dashboards in Python, SQL, MS Excel and Google Sheets that bring product and business performance to life.
- Building intuitive, real-time dashboards that track key product and business KPIs.
- Automating data pipelines to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting.
- Turning raw data into clear visualisations that empower teams to act quickly.
- Customising dashboards for different stakeholders, from founders to operations teams.
- Continuously refining reporting tools based on evolving business needs and user feedback.
- Harness the power of GenAI, NLP, and automation to streamline data cleaning, annotation, and labelling, making processes smarter and faster.
- Applying AI/ML techniques to automate repetitive data-prep tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Using NLP models to extract meaning from unstructured data such as text, reviews, or documents.
- Designing pipelines that improve accuracy, consistency, and scalability of data workflows.
- Experimenting with new GenAI tools to accelerate annotation and labelling for training datasets.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and sales leaders to define success metrics, set performance benchmarks, and drive data-led decision-making across the company.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and translate them into measurable outcomes.
- Defining clear, consistent success metrics that track product adoption, operational efficiency, and sales performance.
- Establishing performance benchmarks to evaluate progress and identify improvement areas.
- Embedding data-driven thinking into everyday decision-making across teams.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership by providing insights that shape priorities and long-term direction.
- A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data or BI roles, ideally in high-growth startups as a Data or Product Analyst.
- Strong command of SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets, with the ability to build, manage, and optimise databases.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Superset, Tableau, or Power BI to transform data into actionable insights.
- Hands-on experience with Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of ETL pipelines and data warehousing principles.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently, communicate insights clearly, and translate raw data into strategic business decisions.
