Overview
We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a passion for problem-solving and process improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering – Engaging with clients to understand business processes, pain points and objectives.
- Documentation – Process mapping and preparation of detailed requirement documentation (SRS, FRD Etc)
- Solution Design – Analyse business requirements and map them to Odoo Capabilities. Collaboration with technical team to extend standard Odoo features and build custom functions bridge gap between client requirements and Odoo capabilities.
- Implementation Support - Assisting in system development and configuration process, validate system configurations and customizations through thorough testing.
- Training – Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems
- Presentations – Conduct client/prospect presentations and tailored demos in line with the client expectations.
- Familiarity with project management frameworks
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies
- Strong problem-solving & critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing Odoo projects is a plus
- Fluency in English Required
- Intermediate Proficiency in Hindi
- Arabic is a plus
