What would you be doing?

• Own Product Analytics: You will track how users interact with our features. You’ll identify friction points in the user journey and provide the data-backed "why" behind feature adoption and churn.
• Master Cohort Analysis: You’ll dive deep into user behavior over time. By building and analyzing cohorts, you’ll help us understand long-term retention, lifetime value (LTV), and the impact of specific launch cycles on different user groups.
• Build Real-Time Dashboards: You will design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards that give our leadership team a pulse on the business in real-time. You’ll ensure our north star metrics are always accurate and visible.
• Standardize Data Hygiene: You’ll work to ensure that the data we rely on is clean, consistent, and structured correctly for long-term scalability.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

We would love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:

• Technically Grounded: You hold a degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or similar) and have a fundamental understanding of how data structures and systems work.
• SQL Expert: You are a wizard with SQL. Complex joins, window functions, and optimizing slow queries are second nature to you. You take pride in writing clean, efficient code.
• Python Savvy: You have a working proficiency in Python. Whether it’s for data manipulation (Pandas/NumPy), automation, or basic scripting, you know how to use code to go beyond what a spreadsheet can do.
• BI Tool Enthusiast: You have hands-on experience with modern BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Metabase). You know how to build a dashboard that isn't just "pretty," but is intuitive and easy for non-technical stakeholders to use.
• Experience: You have 1–3 years of professional experience in an analytical role. You’ve moved past the "learning" phase and are ready to take full ownership of projects.
