Overview
Responsibilities- Evaluate and enhance business processes across the seven product categories: Waterproofing, Tile Adhesive and Tile Grout, Industrial and Precision Grout, Plaster and Mortar.
- Develop and implement standardised procedures that drive efficiency, reduce operational costs, and improve product quality across all regions.
- Coordinate with the zonal business analyst to drive periodic monthly activities.
- Provide valuable insights to the Head Sales for any corrective action to be taken.
- Lead data collection, analysis, and interpretation across all categories, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive database of performance metrics, enabling accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
- Conduct regular reviews of regional and product category performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensuring the required compliances are met with reference to distributor/ Dealer/ TPC agreements, outstanding, etc.
