Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst to support back-end integration initiatives within the Investment Banking domain. The role focuses on post-execution processes, including middleware to settlement flows and infrastructure-related projects. This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & PMO Support

• Support project/program tracking activities including milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  
• Assist in maintaining project plans, status reports, and documentation
  

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
  
• Support requirement traceability and change management
  

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Create test plans and test cases
  
• Perform test execution and coordinate defect tracking and resolution
  

Administrative & Financial Tracking

• Assist with project administration activities
  
• Support basic project financial planning, tracking, and reporting
  

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings
  
• Support basic stakeholder communication and follow-ups
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, Business Analysis, or consulting roles
  
• Experience working with Financial Institutions (Investment Banking / Global Banking & Securities is mandatory)
  
• Basic understanding of back-end systems and integration concepts
  
• Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to post-trade or settlement systems
  
• Familiarity with middleware or infrastructure-related projects
  
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
