Job Purpose:
To provide timely and accurate inputs to higher management for policy-related decisions. Prioritise and ensure that reports and policy notes are dealt with efficiently and promptly. Coordinate with Zone and HO for Marketing/Retail-related issues. Design various incentive schemes for franchisees and internal team members. Monitor the sales performance for zones and divisions.
Responsibilities
- Business Policy Support
- Provide significant input for decision-making and support in various business-related policy-making.
- Provide inputs for annual plan and sales forecast.
- Provide inputs for incentive schemes.
- Coordination
- Coordinate between HO, Zonal offices, and Divisional offices.
- Ensure smooth coordination to gather accurate data from the field level.
- Market Intelligence & Management Updates
- Update senior management regularly on developments within the market.
- Work with senior management on cross-functional projects.
- Gather market intelligence and identify demand generators.
- Present various business inputs to Head Retail Sales.
- Reporting
- Prepare timely and accurate sales reports for senior management.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales.
- Monitor the sales performance of newly commissioned ROs.
- Prepare zone and division-wise sales reports.
