Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support the development and optimization of eCommerce websites and digital commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and development teams to translate business needs into clear functional requirements and ensure successful delivery of eCommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work with business stakeholders to understand business goals, user needs, and workflows.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

eCommerce & Digital Expertise

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end eCommerce processes such as:
• Product catalog management
• Search & navigation
• Shopping cart & checkout
• Payments, promotions, and pricing
• Order management & fulfillment
• Collaborate on integrations with third-party systems (payment gateways, ERP, CRM, shipping providers).

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities during development and testing.

Testing & Delivery Support

• Assist QA teams by validating test cases against business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and sign-off processes.
• Prepare comprehensive user manuals and conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.

Data & Performance Analysis

• Provide insights and recommendations for improving user experience and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Skills

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development.
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).

Technical & Tools Knowledge

• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations.
• Experience using tools such as:
• Figma / Wireframes (basic understanding)
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript concepts is a plus).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a user-centric mindset.
