Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Key Account Management (KAM) team in managing data, preparing dashboards, and ensuring accurate invoicing for clients. The role will involve working closely with internal teams to analyze account performance, track key metrics, and support client servicing with data-backed insights. Occasional interaction with clients may also be required to clarify data, reports, or billing details.

How you will make an impact:

• Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports to track client performance, utilization, and key business metrics.
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to the KAM team for better account management.
• Support the team in invoice preparation, verification, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and organize client data, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, operations, and sales for data validation and reporting needs.
• Assist in preparing periodic performance reports and presentations for clients.
• Provide data support during client interactions and respond to queries related to reports or invoices.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of dashboards and reports.

We are looking for people who:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is a plus.
• Experience with python and SQL Basic levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple datasets.
• Effective communication skills for internal coordination and occasional client interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
