Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst to manage and analyze key business data across sales, marketing, finance, and P&L reports. In this role, you will apply your expertise in data analysis, process optimization, and business intelligence tools to drive operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing Analytics: Analyze and optimize sales, marketing, and demo performance data.
• Financial & P&L Reporting: Develop insights through automated reports tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Data Processing & Automation: Build and maintain processes to automate data reporting and analysis.
• Dashboard & BI Visualization: Create reports using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables, VBA).
• Data Accuracy & Governance: Ensure data integrity across platforms such as SQL, MongoDB, and Excel.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, finance, and operations to drive data-based decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and management.

✔ Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

✔ Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, VBA) for reporting and automation.

✔ Experience in financial reporting, P&L analysis, and sales/marketing analytics.

✔ A data-driven mindset and problem-solving approach.

✔ Strong communication skills to translate data insights into business strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
