Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst with 1-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and excellent problem-solving skills. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather, document, and analyze business data, including financial, operational, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents, process maps, and use cases.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in the design and implementation of business solutions and strategies.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Our Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with business process modelling and documentation.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the industry relevant to the company.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
