Business Analyst

Overview

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at Ionob Innovations LLP you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our clients’ business needs and our technical solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, analyze processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of ERP projects.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Engage with clients, end-users, and internal teams to understand business needs, pain points, and objectives.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Communication Skills:
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and presentations to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Documentation:
• Prepare detailed documentation, including:
• Software Requirements Specifications (SRS): Clearly define system requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Functional Requirements Document (FRD): Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• User Interface (UI) Documents: Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive user interfaces.
• Wireframes: Visualize application screens and workflows.
• Process Mapping and Improvement:
• Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Propose process enhancements and work closely with development teams to implement changes.
• Tool Proficiency:
• Adobe XD and Figma: Familiarity with these design tools for creating mockups, prototypes, and UI/UX elements.
• Microsoft Visio or other diagramming tools: Use them for process flowcharts and wireframes.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance:
• Participate in testing activities, ensuring that the delivered solution meets requirements.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in ERP or software development projects.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹267,665.38 - ₹377,353.64 per year
