Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for analysing business operations, market trends, customer requirements, and property-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse real estate market trends, property performance, and business operations.

Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management.

Gather and document business requirements from sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Identify process improvements and recommend business solutions.

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Monitor sales performance, lead generation, and customer conversion metrics.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis.

Support CRM management and data analysis activities.

Conduct competitor analysis and market research.

Prepare presentations and MIS reports for senior management.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Good understanding of real estate business processes and property management.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.

Knowledge of CRM systems and ERP software is an added advantage.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.

MBA must.

Preferred Experience

Experience in real estate companies, property consultancy, or real estate brokerage firms.

Familiarity with property sales analysis, leasing data, and market forecasting.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
