Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong Manual QA capabilities to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and a deep understanding of both business analysis and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge gaps.
- Create detailed project documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.
Manual Quality Assurance:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct regression testing to verify resolved issues and ensure no new issues are introduced.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
- Plan and coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders.
- Develop UAT test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements.
- Facilitate UAT sessions and gather feedback from end-users.
- Document and communicate UAT results and ensure all issues are addressed before production deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and manual quality assurance.
- Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Insurance Domain Knowledge is a must.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- If the candidate has a B1 or H1 Visa, it will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with test management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.
