You will drive discovery and backlog clarity in Azure DevOps, create Figma wireframes to validate user journeys, and facilitate delivery across time zones with strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Break down needs into epics, features, and user stories with unambiguous acceptance criteria; maintain a clean, prioritized backlog in Azure DevOps Boards.
- Design Collaboration & Prototyping
- Create low/mid‑fidelity wireframes and flows in Figma to validate UX and support developer handoff.
- Produce/process maps, data flow and system interaction diagrams; articulate non‑functional requirements (performance, security, availability, usability).
- Delivery & Quality
- Support refinement/grooming, sprint planning, and UAT; define test scenarios from AC and perform BA validation pre‑UAT.
- Ensure traceability from requirements through designs, test cases, and releases; manage scope, dependencies, and change impacts.
- Stakeholder Management
- Facilitate decisions across global stakeholders; present options, trade‑offs and recommendations through concise presentations and demos.
- Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to business and technical leaders.
- Governance & Documentation
- Maintain functional specs/Wiki notes, ensure DoR/DoD compliance, and contribute to release readiness and post‑release evaluation.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- 5+ years overall experience with 3+ years as a Business Analyst on enterprise applications (ERP/CRM/platforms or complex custom systems).
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and testable user stories.
- Hands‑on with Azure DevOps (Boards, queries, dashboards) for backlog and sprint management.
- Hands‑on UI design/wireframing in Figma (or equivalent) to validate user journeys and acceptance criteria.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; ability to work with global teams across time zones.
- Solid understanding of integrations/APIs, data models, and non‑functional requirements.

- Defect leakage attributable to requirement gaps; cycle time from refinement to acceptance.
- Stakeholder satisfaction (workshop efficacy, clarity of outputs).
- Traceability coverage from business requirement → story → test → release.
Working Model
- Flexibility to support ceremonies/meetings across APAC/EMEA/AMER (as needed).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Information Systems/Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
