### Role Overview

This hybrid role combines strategic business analysis, client-facing solutioning, and proactive business development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying market trends, understanding client needs, creating actionable insights, and converting these into opportunities for revenue generation and project delivery.

### Key Responsibilities

#### Business Analysis

* Conduct detailed market and competitor analysis across software, media, PR, and marketing sectors.
* Gather and translate business requirements into functional briefs for internal tech, media, and content teams.
* Collaborate with UI/UX, software development, and creative teams to create solution architectures.
* Map customer journeys and define KPIs and measurable business outcomes.
* Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements across internal and client campaigns.
* Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.

#### Business Development

* Identify and target potential clients through cold outreach, networking, partnerships, and referrals.
* Manage the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, onboarding.
* Develop and present customized solutions for client problems across software, digital, or communication domains.
* Maintain and nurture existing client relationships for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
* Lead RFP responses, proposal development, pricing models, and contract negotiation.
* Represent the agency in industry events, startup expos, and business conclaves to network and pitch services.

#### Data & Strategy

* Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and software usage metrics.
* Contribute to pricing strategy, GTM (go-to-market) plans, and quarterly business reviews.
* Track performance against targets and generate weekly/monthly sales reports for leadership.

#### Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with design, development, media buying, PR, and production teams to ensure smooth delivery of client projects.
* Act as a liaison between clients and the internal delivery team to ensure expectations are met.
* Define and document user requirements, use cases, and workflows for internal and external stakeholders.

### Required Skills & Competencies

* Proven experience in business analysis and business development (preferably in a digital agency or tech firm).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of software development cycles (SDLC/Agile), project management tools, and basic UI/UX principles.
* Familiarity with social media, PR metrics, marketing funnels, and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and client-first mindset.
* High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace; knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and Notion is a plus.
