Overview
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable insights.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for new initiatives.
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications and workflow diagrams.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective business solutions.
- Assist in preparing business cases, reports, and strategic presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies to improve business processes.
- Work with developers and testers to ensure that technical solutions align with business needs.
Project Coordination:
- Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
- Serve as a liaison between development, marketing, operations, and other teams to facilitate smooth communication and execution.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting for stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Track resource allocation and workload management to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners when necessary.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts, developers, and project contributors, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Assign tasks effectively, set clear expectations, and track team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment.
- Address team concerns, resolve conflicts, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Organize training sessions and skill development programs to enhance team capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, project coordination, and team management.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Expertise in preparing BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and process documentation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT, digital marketing, or e-commerce projects.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, or analytics platforms.
- PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications are advantageous

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
