Business Analyst ( Cybersecurity)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst who will play a key role in assessing client needs and implementing effective technology solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear deliverables for the SCRUM team, ensuring alignment with project goals, technical feasibility, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide solutions aligned with client business needs while ensuring technical and budget feasibility.
• Prepare documentation including Proposals, BRD (Business Requirement Documents), SRS (System Requirement Specifications), FSD (Functional Specification Documents), and Case Studies.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and support multiple client engagements.
• Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), track project progress, and report status on ongoing and upcoming tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot complex issues, providing actionable recommendations and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, Client Interaction, and Customer Engagement.
• Skilled in preparing BRD, FSD, Techno-Functional Documentation, Case & Sequential Diagrams.
• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM preferred).
• Proven ability to capture, document, and communicate product requirements effectively.
• Exposure to HRMS, BFSI, ERP, or Service domains.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in Cybersecurity domain will be an added advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in BE/B.Tech/MCA (or equivalent with a computer science background).
• SCRUM certification is a plus.
