Your role

We’re hiring for skilled and motivated Business Analysts-In Cyber Security Domain across BLR and Chennai to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of experience in Business Analysis with hands‑on exposure to Agile, Change Management, Release Management, and mandatory Cybersecurity understanding.

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements via BRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams, supporting sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Drive and manage Change Management initiatives to ensure seamless process transitions.
• Oversee Release Management activities, ensuring planned, timely, and quality deployments.
• Integrate cybersecurity considerations into requirement discussions, impact assessment, and solution evaluation.
