About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (ERP Implementation) to join Xorosoft India. This person will be responsible for client onboarding, business process analysis, ERP system configuration, and training. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of ERP workflows across Sales, Purchasing, Finance, Inventory, and Accounting, as well as the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Onboarding & Business Process Analysis:

• Work with new clients to understand their business processes, workflows, and requirements.

• Conduct scoping sessions to define client needs and ERP customization requirements.

2. ERP System Implementation & Configuration:

• Collaborate with the technical team to configure and implement XoroERP based on client needs.

• Ensure proper data migration from legacy systems to XoroERP.

3. Training & Customer Success:

• Conduct detailed ERP training sessions for client teams across departments (Sales, Finance, Inventory, etc.).

• Provide ongoing support during the post-implementation phase to ensure smooth adoption.

4. Process Improvement & Documentation:

• Document business workflows, ERP configurations, and user guides.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization within ERP.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Work closely with the technical, support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Act as a bridge between business users and developers to implement ERP solutions effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Haves:

5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, business analysis, or customer onboarding.

Hands-on experience with ERP software like SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar mid-market ERP solutions.

Strong understanding of business processes in retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and distribution industries.

Knowledge of Sales, Inventory, Procurement, Accounting, and Finance modules in an ERP system.

Ability to gather requirements, create workflows, and document business processes.

Strong communication and training skills to onboard clients.

Ability to collaborate with technical teams for system configurations and integrations.

Good to Have:

Experience with SaaS-based ERP solutions.

Knowledge of SQL, data migration, and API integrations.

MBA (Operations, IT, or Finance) or relevant ERP Certifications (SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, PMP, CBAP).
